Hi, I have the same problem and I'm 25 years old no heart problems. It's always in my right hand/wrist. Going to see my doctor about it cause it's getting worse
I had this sensation as a child
I am now 71 and it has returned. I have never mentioned it to any doctor. I think it is either spinal pressure or after reading some replies about this problem it might be hypothyroid.

I to am a 62 year young woman who's had a partial hysterectomy (uterus and cervix); 5 years ago. I've had this issue off and on prior to my surgery, but mine is more like a strong and intense but annoying sensation in my palms when urinating and mostly close to the end of the stream. This sensation is so intense I squint and squeeze my eyes shut until its over in about 8 seconds or so. It doesn't happen each time I urinate, nor can I say it happens often, however within the past 2 weeks it happen every time I urinate. I'm puzzled.
Honestly, I'm happy to see this because my family laughs at me when I tell them that when I really have to go poop, my left pinky aches. It's one of those things that I don't ignore, i.e., if my pinky is acting up, I won't get in the car and drive an hour home without first visiting the restroom. Crazy stuff!
I get chest pain as well as tingly arms down to my fingers...especially my palms when my bladder is so overfull it could pop and I can't get to a bathroom. the pain goes away after I go pee. Have you found an answer yet? I've talked to several doctors and even a urologist and they look at me like I don't know what I'm tallkig about. I have 5 kids and am 51y/o
Unfortunately, I haven't found an answer yet. Doctors act as if it's all in my imagination. Pls post if you find an answer.
No one seems to have an answer. Everyone says the same thing; "my doctor looks at me like I am crazy"
I Have Had This Problem for About Sixty Years And Am Now 68.You Have Described The Pain And Tingling So Well .It Always Occurs When I Wait Too Long Or when My Bladder Fills Too Full .It Really Hurst When I Void But Soon Passes.I Have Never Had A Hysterectomy Nor Have I Had Radiation .One Person Told Me That It May Be A Symptom Of Brights Disease But No Dr. Has Confirmed This.I Really Would Love To Know What Causes This and Try To Correct It ! Tks. To All Of You For Sharing.
Hi Glenda I am looking for answers for my mum who has always had pain in her hands when she has got a water infection, her eldest sister also had the same problem, so you are not on your own.
I'm male and have the same issue
Hi, I know this is an old post I'm replying to but just thought you should know that I have the same exact symptoms as you described. Just wondering if you have found out anything else on this topic
I am a Nurse of 10 year, 52 year old female. I also thought I was the only one in the world having these weird symptoms. I have asked different Doctors and nurses iv worked with about this and I also get the same response!!!! EVERY TIME I GET UTI, at the end of urination process, the pain radiates down my arms and into my fingers ( severe aching type pain), causes my fingers to draw?????? I have no idea, unless bladder is pressing on a nerve???? ANY IDEAS ARE APPRECIATED?????
I am so glad I just happened to land on this page tonight. I have the exact same hand cramping when I need to urinate really bad and not even my urologist could figure out what the problem was(or should I say is). I'm really sympathetic to you all and very glad to meet others with the same problem. Now I don't feel so strange. WHEW!!! I'm normal!
The same problem here. 65 y/o, was diagnosed Cronic Renal Insufficiency two years ago. Was detecte because of 141 Creatinina level.
I am 78 male and have had tingling in my hands as I urinate not always just sometimes has gone on for 50 years about the same time that I started spinal problems. believe the tingling is caused by nerves in the spinal cord that have pressure on them when pressure is applied to urinate. does not bother me even when the tingling is extra strong. Like you have asked without any help. Sometimes you just have to ask yourself when what how and where did this take place.
