Hi everyone, I also have this, pain when touched right at the top of my right testicle near the epidimytis. I've had this for 3 years now and it hasn't gone away and was told it was nothing to worry about after ultrasound. I'm still concerned about this pain, did anyone get any results, or find out what it is?

I have a small lump that feels like an uncooked piece of rice attached to a 1 centimeter long string at the top of my left testicle or epididymis. It can move from side to side and is sometimes hard to find, especially when the balls are cold and tight. It's easier to find when they sag, and you can coax it up to the top of the testicle where it's easier to grab hold of and feel. It seems attached to the testicle or epididymis in the sense that it cannot be completely removed, but it can move quite a bit down the side or up to the top.
Is this an appendix or something to worry about?

Hello. I have 2 lumps on the left testicle one is v hard and quite large the other keeps pouring out liquid.. and is very painful i'm wondering should i see my gp about this?

Well fellas here's the scoop! Went to the doctor cuz I had a marble sized lump, left testicle, bottom, painful as hell, and blood in my semen. Hard to have sex. Even harder to get myself to go to the doctor, but a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do. I had been here ahead of time, so I asked alot of questions and got some answers to yours....
In my case the lump was part of epididymitis, I had an ultrasound and found that I had torn the epididymitis and had a clot form, hematoma, and this caused infection. I asked about a small white lump looking thing that the tech measured. He explained that the head of the epididimis forms a calcium deposit that sometimes breaks loose and sort of floats around in the scrotum. This is the rice feeling lump you guys were talking about. Its totally natural, harmless, relax, take a breath. In my case the prescription was Doxycycl hyc 100 mg 2x day for 10 days. Take with lots of water, dont let them get caught in your throat they disolve quickly and burn like hell. Then for pain, oxycodone, which are very addictive, I take 1/2 of a 5 mg in the am and then one again at night, when my balls need to relax, only prescribed 10, hope the pain goes away before they're gone... they take that dull ache away.
Please take what I say as my personal experience, and if it hurts man, get to the doctor, its really not that bad, and everyone I dealt with was very professional. Hope this helps!

I'm 16 years old currently, and for the past month, I too have had a tiny rice sized lump, but not exactly in the shape of a rice grain, it's like squiggly, a bit bigger. It is incredibly painful to touch, it sometimes hurts to sit down and simply feeling around it or having it rest against something else hurts like hell. My dad refuses to take me to the doctor because he thinks I'm overreacting, I can't drive yet because I have yet to acquire my G2, so please, someone, answer our questions. I want to know if I have epidymitis or an epididial syst. Either or, I want help.

I believe after reading the shapes and descriptions that I have the same thing, I have a doctor apt tomorrow, I'll try to update what I find out. I was trying to research before I went to the doc (very nervous) and it led me here and I see lots of guys have this issue but not many answers so hopefully I'll get some I can share.
