I know this diet sounds off the wall, but it works if you follow it , you can loose weight. You have to work out, you have to eat the food. This is my problem I not eating enough food. But, I am doing well. If you have more questions i will be happy to anser them

I have tried this diet for 11 days. I am 37 years old and have 154 lb. My normal weight is 140 lb.
This is the first diet ever I bought. I have never had problem with my weight, however after having my daughter and two years later. I am still 15 lb over my weight. I step on the scale before and had 154 lb. On purpose I did not go back to the scale till the 11th day. I was really full of expectation since I followed the diet dilligently. When I step in the scale .. I had 154 lb! I could not believe my eyes. I have to say that I am really disappointed. I do not know if this diet is for people who are eating Big Macs and frys and sit on the couch and since I am very active and never eat sweats or junk food , maybe it did not work for me as well as for others, but I am disappointed.

Meals created by the diet generator are bizarre. De Maio lists some of the meals on her 11-day plan: "Day 1, Meal 1 is cheese sticks and cottage cheese. Another meal is 1 ounce of cheese and low-calorie salad dressing."
Foods on the meal plan are generally low in calories and carbohydrates and higher in protein. De Maio points out that many of these foods, such as luncheon meats, are high in sodium. These are poor choices, she adds, since the average Canadian already eats more more than the daily sodium allowance. The diet is also low in nutrient density and people who stick with the plan are in danger of becoming nutrient deficient.
People who do lose weight on this plan are likely losing water, not fat. As soon as the 11 days are up and people return to their old eating habits, any lost weight will be gained back, De Maio says. While there is a weight-loss concept based on zigzagging calories to increase metabolism, De Maio says it hasn't been proven scientifically.
"This is a very discouraging plan," she says. "Any weight loss will be extremely temporary. This is not a healthy, balanced way to lose weight."
The website's second weight loss plan is equally bizarre, De Maio says. "Their recommendation to avoid strenuous activity to burn fat is wrong," she says. "It is a fact that the harder you work out, the more calories you burn. Strenuous activities and weight-bearing activities that push muscles to 80 to 90 per cent heart rate do burn the most fat."

Wow... That last post.. by a Doctor??? Yeah, I don't know where you get low calories out of eating bacon and sausage and eggs but it is not happening!!! I posted 11 days ago about going on this diet. I myself could not believe that eating the things on the menu would help me lose weight considering I have never eaten so much bacon and sausage in my life LOL!! Anyways, I cheated abit and had cream and splenda in my coffee but other than that.. went to the gym maybe 3 times in the 11 days and I lost 7lbs. Not bad!! So I am going to try it again starting on Monday!

:-D I have got to say that this diet is the only one that worked for me. There is no counting calories or carbs. Pick out the food that you like from a large list and it is very satisfying. The best thing about this is that you can eat what ever you want every 11 days. So I started my diet on a Monday so that I will have a Friday, Saturday, Sunday three days to eat anything I want!! So we plan to go out to dinner on those days. This is the first diet that I have ever found to work for me. It is just plain easy and fun even. I say go for it!! You will like it. I was hesitant at first to buy it but it is OK and I think you will find it easy to follow and make your own food list. You also get to eat 4 times a day!!
I am a member of your club, But what I would like to know is if you all change the food list on a consistent bases, because after a while one cna get tired of eating the same things regularly.

The thing I don't get about this diet is what's the point of losing weight and then putting it back on and losing it again? Isn't that yo-yoing? Ultimately the point is to lose weight and keep it off...not lose, gain, lose gain, which seems to be the case with this diet. I dunno, maybe I'm on the wrong track but this diet seems kinda dubious to me... (not least cos of the invisibility factor, hard to contact, download only etc etc)
:-) My husband and I have tried several diets and nothing ever seems to work for the long run. We gave in and paid the $39 and started this diet 8 days ago. So far he has lost 10 lbs and I have lost 8.4 and it has been pretty easy. Today is an all vegetable day which he loves, but I'm not too happy about. I had Roma tomatos for breakfast! I have been on the Atkins diet before and I had some ketone strips and I got curious about if we were in ketosis or not given the amount of protein we were eating and sure enough we are staying in moderate to high ketosis around the clock. So, it is more like Atkins than you think, but you still get veggies and fruits mixed in. It is bothersome that the website has no support or chat pages, but hey if it works I'll do it. If you're thinking of giving it a try, go for it! What other diets let you eat bacon?
I am currently on the Diet plan myself and I too have had good results. I have lost ten pounds in two weeks.) The only thing I have to get used to is drinking all that water. Water is key for the Diet to work properly. Will Power is very important as well, my friends and I go out a lot and it is hard to stick to the meal plan when you go out to the Cheesecake Factory once a week. However, the Diet itself does work if you do it properly. I say, for those of you who want to really loose weight, give it a shot.
Well I just purchased the diet this morning and plan on starting it tomorrow. I have about 10 pounds to lose and despite low-calorie dieting and working out nothing is making me lose ten pounds this century so i hope this will do it.
I just couldn't stand not knowing what the big mystery about this diet is anymore.
I also read so many postive comments people have said about the diet and how much weight they lost I figured I could lose ten on this one but now that I've seen the menu I'm SO SKEPTICAL of that happening because I eat way fewer calories than what this diet has which makes me wonder if it's intended for obese people because 2000+ calories a day would be calorie cutting for them, but it would be overeating for someone like me.
I have to say shortly after making my purchase I felt immediate regret looking at the menu. VERY HIGH CALORIE AND VERY HIGH FAT o.O I don't know how on earth anyone will lose weight eating cheese and cashews and macademia nuts but I'm seriously desperate to lose these ten pounds but I'm scared about how high calorie it is..like won't 2000+ calories a day make me gain weight???? This goes against every dieting principle that I know of so now I'm worried. They say there is no calorie counting but come on now nobody can eat 2000+ calories a day and still lose weight unless they are SERIOUSLY overweight to begin with...this would explain why that lady still weighed 154 pounds after doing this diet for 11 days...and I only weigh 135 pounds so now I'm really worried.
There is no mystery..it's actually very Atkins and I hate Atkins because it's so high calorie and fat and unhealthy...it's like a fat person's dream diet and I'm not a fan of high protein/high fat diets because that would be eating so much unhealthier for someone like me.
Well I'm out $40.00 so we'll see what happens when I start this tomorrow and I'll let you all know if this crazy diet worked for me.
