I'm pretty sure our headaches come from being dehydrated smoking absorbs your moisture out of your body...most of us prefer unhealthy snacks like soda and high sugar content juices but drink a bottle of water before your first session during if smoking last more than a hour....my primary physician smoke and she helped me come up with this and it's worked haven't had a headache since I've been staying fully hydrated

Same thing happens with me. I've smoked since I was 15 I'm not 27 I've had to stop smoking several times because it made me head hurt and likely ou said it's my entire head. Eyes and neck too. It's almost worth stopping smoking for. And it don't matter if it's loud or Reggie. They both do it.
That’s not true. Even loud gives headaches.
