I have constant head pressure, no dizziness. Hard time to focus my eyes. I am always tired, which could be my lack of sleep. Some anxiety, which I treat with herbal supplements and that seems to work. Any thoughts?

It isn’t easy to fight with the anxiety and I can relate to your problems because my sister is fighting anxiety and panic attacks since she was a teen.
She also has huge problems with sleeping and trying to relax when she lies down to bed. Very often I am sitting next to her bed and talking with her and trying to help her to fall asleep. Sometimes this tactics works but sometimes not.
She was trying with some herbal tea to help her with sleeping problems but this didn’t have effect at all. How is your experience with this? And what other herbal supplements are you using.
