I have identical symptoms. Many tests to no avail. We're you ever given a diagnosis? Try laying down on your right side with head slightly elevated. Relax your stomach muscles. That almost always stops the extra heartbeats that give me that weird feeling. My dr says it’s probably anxiety or nerves and you probably just have to try to ignor it. Easier said than done.

I have the same problem! I have had GERD for 20 years or so. The Gastritis all began when I took aspirin as a blood thinner to protect my heart from aFIB attacks. My stomach became inflamed and the only thing I could eat was bland foods for like almost three months. It finally went away with the use of probiotics. Then it happened again when I was taking high doses of Tumeric for brain health. I tested positive for H-Pylori (bacteria in the stomach that eat away the lining). I treated this with probiotics and got better. Now again I have Gastritis years later. This time it's really bad. After I eat, I get very gassy no matter what I eat. I eat slowly and I don't talk to try to avoid it. The gas travels up and it hurts when it hits my esophagus area then my heart skips a beat (PAC's or double beats happen). So now I am taking PPI's (Protronics) to try and heal my stomach and esophagus from the pain I get when the acid in my stomach inflames my stomach lining and esophagus. Now when I eat, I feel the gas or smasm from the stomach travel up and it makes my heart skip, and if it's bad enough my heart will flutter. If I get anxious about it - it gets worse. It is like the lining is so worn away from GERD that everytime I swallow, it affects my heart rhythm. I'm so sick of this. I can't eat what I want. I can't go anywhere because I never know when my heart will go into some type of rhythm problem and I'll stand there gasping for air. Eat----pressure----palpitation---pain----gasp---repeat. Help!
