Hello, I just started getting bad pains in my back and it is awfully painful to breathe. My throat kind of hurts when I swallow, but back to the breathing, it hurts a lot. My back hurts tremendously as well. I use my inhaler, but it does me no good.

Does anyone have an idea what it can be?
