I desperately need some tips to help me distress myself. Please guys help me with this!!!

Hello, maybe this will help. I read somewhere that there are seven things you need to do to distress yourself. I don’t know exact order but here they are : listen to relaxation music, meditate for 20 minutes in the morning and evening, exercise for 30 minutes every day, schedule breaks during your day, limit email replies to just 60 minutes a day, dink a minimum of eight glasses of water a day, limit alcohol and coffee consumption. Stress is a real killer in our society. I have seen many friends of mine suffer major health complications because they allowed the stress of their lives to overwhelm them and in some cases it has shortened their lives.
