I bough a lentil mix with different kind of lentils yesterday and I am planning to turn it into a nice lentil broth with onions, garlic, carrots and some other veggies! I have never done this before, but I reckon it will be lovely. What herbs do you think will compliment such a dish in the best way?

Anyway, i use dry laurel leaves - very nice..
