I have the same thing right now. Mine started as a tiny bump that hurt it but then the red dot on the middle. After days of playing with it, got hard and the red dot got bigger and bigger. Just like you, the top layer of my skin is super hard.
What are you refering to?
i have same thing took tweezer and picked red dot out and it pulled out like a buyied line and bleed alot
So did anyone get an answer or cure that worked? Mine is the red center, dry outer side that doesn't hurt till pressed that many have mentioned here.
