My personal preference goes to large, but dark areolas. It's all the better if they come with small breasts, but in my experience it's usually small breasts = small areolas = large nipples on the one hand and large breasts = large areolas = small nipples on the other. Anyway: large areolas and/or large nipples is perfect. The more noticeable the better.

From a man's point of view: something big or large is always nice, but it doesn't need to be everything at the same time. Big nipples or large areolas on small breasts are my favorite.
