guest1: I have a very similar problem, im 13 pushing 150 pounds and about 4'8 not only am I bullied for my height but my weight Aswell, I need to lose weight fast and I need help!

DEAR, All you gotta do is to control your tongue. You have to be conscious about your diet plan & a little bit of workout.

Same situation, eat lot's of veggies, and fruits, but portion all of your foods. Eat protein at least for one meal. Eat carbs sparingly. Exercise in some way.

Hey I went through the same thing I could only find one thing that helped me. I joined the swim team! Even if you suck at swimming like I did in the beginning you will get better. You may be embarrassed about being in a swim suit around other people but eventually you'll slim down enough so that you are comfortable! As for the emotional scarring part that will never leave you all you can do about that is surround yourself yourself With supportive loving people. Good luck and don't give up!!

Ahhhh Same, literally exactly the same, except I'm not quite sure how much I weigh... anyways I like to think I'm active and I play sports and I used to be a twig, but this summer all the junk food I eat has all caught up with me and now my thighs and stomach are definitely thicker, not happy :( Working now though, hoping to lose weight before Vacation so I won't be ashamed to wear a swimsuit haha...

Ok here is what to do. I am 13 and I'm only like 85 lbs. i play volleyball now though so I am not a toothpick but I have a good body. My mom is not fat but she wants to still lose weight so I am her trainer. I have a series of muscle building exercises that we do but if u really just want to lose weight then what u really need to do is just run. You have to run for an hour 5 days a week. Trust me it really works.

Sweetheart you are at the right weight for your age. I don't know your height but you are only 4 pounds over the normal weight for your age. Don't let others tell you that you are over weight because you are not. Remember you are all beautiful in your own way.

Same I'm 13 but 187lbs I'm active and stuff and in gym pass all the healthy fitness levels but don't feel healthy I feel different than people but my friends crush said that for him to loose weight he worked out and went on a caveman diet I hope this helped and oh he still works out to this day and is already in shape he said it took him 1 yr tho good luck

Im 13 and i just read this and im worried if i do this will this help i try to do it but i slow down or i give up or i eat more and i cant do it i say i will and i never had the time of i was on a soccer team at school and that made me loose weight but then i just put back on the pounds im taking this to heart and im going to start what u said in the morning a new day to start and im going to set goals to help like you said all i i wanted to do was make my mom happy to see me healthy and prove my doctor that i can loose the weight and i want to be that girl thats pretty and skinny and i hope i can do that and like i said im going to do this and thank you for this
