Hi, I am 17 yrs. old and 5'2 and I only weigh about 95 lbs. I eat all the time and I still never gain weight. Im pretty much skin and bones. So I wanted to know of a way to gain weight. But also I really enjoy running, and excersises but I don't want to do those things because I'm scared that I will look more skinnier. I know that muscle weighs more than fat but I'm worried about what my body actually looks like. So please help me find a good plan to stay a healthy weight and also be able to excersise.

I was successful at gaining weight by drinking a banana shake on a daily basis.  Every morning, or as often as possible, take 2 bananas and throw them in a blender.  Add crushed ice, a couple spoons of sugar and a half glass of milk.  Blend it until the ice  completely dissappears and drink!

I blend a raw beetroot making juice and drink it every morning, my weight drop drastically and I feel drowsy. My skin looks like in an over hundred years old woman. What can I eat to regain my weight?
