I'm 13, 4'11, and weigh 123 pounds. My mom weighs about the same as me. I feel fat. I want to lose weight and have told my parents, but they don't take me seriously. I'm very self-conscious and I want to lose a few pounds. The problem is I never have time. I always have homework and if I don't, then I have to practice on my cello or something else that has my time occupied. I want to lose weight, but don't know how? Can somebody help me?
Well ! At First Create a Diet and Exercise Plan then follow your plan daily take a good exercise , eat healthy and benificial drink like Banana Juice , Apple Juice , Tea. Take a proper diet if you take it properly i hope you will solve your Heavy Weight Problem as soon as possible.
