Hello, I have been running about 6 months now and cannot run in the mornings. When I wake up, I am very stiff. My muscles feel like they don't want to work. I have been running around 1:00, when my 2 year old takes a nap and can do my workout. I have tried eating, stretching, etc. It is so discouraging because I usually have to resort to walking only after a few minutes. Help!! I am training for a half and having a very tough time
