I had a medical termination on the 7th of this month, I told my bf that it meant no sex for 3 wks but we ended up having some contact twice once on the 10th and once on the 14th both times the actual contact was very brief (seconds) and I don't know how to say it delicately but early on in procedings.
Is the risk high so soon after when still bleeding heavily, I'm really cross I let him near me now. I'm planning to go back to fam plan clinic next wk for check up & to speak to them but wondering if it might be worth taking MA pill or too late as first contact was past 5 days??

Had an abortion March 17 & the 29th I had unprotected sex, been a couple days & I began feeling tired again & really hungry, I heard there was a higher risk of getting pregnant again. But I am still spotting from the abortion but the pain in my lower abdominal has gone away. & I know if I take a pregnancy test it will come up positive still. Is there any sort of possibility I could be pregnant again or is my body still just adjusting back?
Hi I was hoping someone here could help me with my dilemma. I had an abortion in April 2010, because i was currently on birth control and asthma medications. My gynocologist then had reccommend me have an abortion because the birth control pills I was on could have caused birth defects. I was 7 weeks pregnant when I had the abortion. There has not been one day that has passed and I regret having an abortion, especially a time like this. It has been 2 years and a month exact since my abortion and now I am actually ready to have a baby. I have been off birth control since Nov.2011, taking prenanal vitamins and folic acid for the past 3months and I still havent become pregnant. On October 9th, it will make 3 years since me and my husband been married and we really really want a baby so bad. Sometimes I even wonder if I could become pregnant again, or maybe the baby I had the abortion for was my little angel sent from god. Maybe god is mad at us for what we did, but the timing of pregnancy was so planned, we had just only been married for 5 months when we found out I was 6 weeks pregnant. I just want to know if it is possible for me to get pregnant again? And how long do you think it will take for me to get pregnant? I have irregular periods..for example I had my period in Dec.2011, after that I got it again in March 2012, then April 2012, and now I got it again this month(May 2012). My cycle is usually every 31 days. Please help me, because I am very lost and confused. I just need the right help to guide me. My new gyncologist just told me to have sex every other day after my periods and hopefully luck will take its place. I had my period twice since my last visit and still no baby yet. I feel so hopless :'(
n328 I wouldn't worry too much about not getting pregnant again. Every month you have sex you only have about a 25% chance of getting pregnant again so it does take time a patience if you are trying. What you could do is go to a doctor to pin down when you ovulate or just have lots of sex. When you have an irregular period you also have to take that into consideration because it can be more difficult to get pregnant on your own. Try not to stress to much either because that can also affect your cycles.
