When i got pregnant with my son i had an almost normal period for the first week of pregnancy (light flow with cramping lasting whole week) and a spotty period for the 2nd week of pregnancy(some cramping lasted the whole week), i never took a pregnancy test cause i thought i was just having an irregular period, i do tend to have missed or unusual periods. anyways about 2 1/2 months later i started getting nausea and vomiting I told my friend about it and told her i had had my perior one almost normal one spotty and she told me to take the test i refused cause i didnt think i was pregnant, so she went and baught me one and had me take it (under duress..lol) and low and behold i was pregnant doctors thought i had just gotten pregnant because i had had my period, that is untill they did the sonogram and found out i was almost 4 months pregnant when they did the sonogram..which they did almost 2 months after i did my test..so yes it is entirely possible for bleed after you get pregnant, i doubt what happened to me was the typical implantation bleeding...maybe i did have a normal period and the implantation bleeding was the spotty 2nd period and the drs calcualtions were off.. all i know is its that i had my son in august and the periods were in January and February.

Although you think that your hymen broke, the hymen has to have time to completely heal, and if it doesn't have a significant time to heal(even though it doesn't grow back together, it had to have time to heal where it was torn as every other tear/cut does) then it can be re-torn after each vaginal insertion, this could be a VERY good possibility why you are continuing to bleed after inserting something into you vagina. I really doubt that it is implantation bleed because of the fact that you are only having bleeding after the fact of intercouse or stimulation. The hymen can cause bleeding for up to 2-3 days and as little as 12hrs, the bleeding time will decrease the more it heals, and can continue to do this until it has had time to heal completely and not be irritated to cause bleeding. You didn't mention if you were on birth control, or if you used protection. If you didn't use either of these, you should take a pregnancy test to be sure you are not pregnant, if you miss your period. If you are not planning on becoming pregnant and you are not using protection or birth control, you should talk with your significant other to choose a method that works for the both of you. There's many ways to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Also, if your significant other was sexually active before you guys got together, vaginal bleeding could be a sign of an STD, so you should discuss this with him if you are unsure about his sexual past and if the problem continues after your hymen has had a significant time to heal without being re-torn(say around 1-2weeks of NO vaginal stimulation), talk to your GYN about the problem. My husband and I had sex a few times about a week and a half after my last period ended. We did up until a bit further than the 2nd week after my period ended. I thought it would be fine, like I couldn't get pregnant because there was still time before my next period. A few days ago, for about a day and a half, I bled a little, it was a bit red when I woke up in the morning and then it was brownish. It was happening so lightly and didnt last after the day and a half were over. Now i've just been cramping in my left side. Does this mean I might be pregnant? Or what else could it be? Can someone please help me.
Hope this helps:Maybe your ovulation days was off and you period came early. I know sometimes I get 32day cycles for two months and than it might change to 28 or 30 days in a roe. So it hard to tell. My doctor put me on some medicine and it work a little bit. Than started to have very early cycle. Than had a late cycle from the uterus wall was too thin. I got pregnant after keeping tract of my ovulation but I lost my baby around seven wees. :cry: Than my had thinning of the uterus :? Baby dust to you Maybe your doctor should keep tract of your cycles. :o By the way I had four day cycle. That was all over the place. I stop taking the medicine to built it up the thickness. So the little sperm can swim and do their job.

you could have an infection in your uterus and your bf is agervating it...my mother is an RN and i ask her alot of questions so when i read your question i asked her before answering...thats not to say that thats for sure whats going on...its just another possibilty... you need to see your doctor for the answer to this question...but if your bleeding for no reason that you can tell its always a very bad thing...go to the doctor before its too late...good luck and stay safe

Truth is: if I wasn't trying to concieve, I would think this is a very light period..
Some differences though:
1- It is very light and doesn't increase intensity (even though it is not just wipping that I see it)
2- It is dark brown in color.
3- It smells different (yes, I am giving all the details cause I would like to know them as well).
4- It appeared 1 week before the period should come
5- There wasn't any signs (the usual period disconfort,back pain, cramps) before it appeared
6- It has lasted 9 days (and counting)
Anyway, I guess it is different from woman to woman, but this is what I can say about mine.

I am having something of the same issue. My fiancee and I have been TTC since August last year. Before this week, the periods I had were extremely heavy and deep red, like normal. Also I was never "on time". I was supposed to start my period on the 2nd of August and BAM it started just like that! But it wasn't heavy! It was extremely light spotting, pinkish brown. However, it is the 6th now, so it has been about 4 days. Could this be implantation bleeding?
So me and my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex for a while now.. Iv been getting tummy aches around my tummy for a month now .. I eat a lot more then usual .. One day i was flat the next day i looked bloated.. I started feeling the pukey feeling but nothing would come up .. A week later i got sick for two days and the first day i puked the very first thing i ate .. The second day was just a cold.. My boobs have been aching a little and my nipples hurt once in a while and my new bras are already feeling tight .. I had sex on Sat Oct. 30 about an hour and a half later i started spotting in my undies but when i peed no blood would show and it was very light pinkish and it was only three spots in my undies and only visible when i wiped .. Later on i went home and took a shower it had stopped .. the next morning still nothing .. Around noon i felt it again exept this looked bright red and it wasnt heavy .. Later on it started decreasing lighter and lighter .. After work i went home took a shower and again nothing .. On monday there was nothing on my pad that day it getting lighter and lighter again but this time there was blood with my pee like my usual period That night same thing happened gone.. On tuesday it was brown .. I thought it was over snce nothing would come out anymore .. Today Wednsday it cam back around noon again .. Can i be pregnant .. I took a test in the morning since i thought it had stopped it came out negative .. i still get symptoms tho .. Can i still be pregnant or can it be something else ? Please desprate for an anwer ..
I came off implanon on 21st october and me and my husband have sort of been trying for our first baby. on 20th of november we had unprotected sex and on 27th november we had our first bleed since coming off implanon but only lasted 3 days but was v light now i feel very nausious and have a lot of back ache and very headachy can you let me know if i am pregnant or just imagining it . x
