Hey all, im back running again now after a lay off with injury. As in i was 2 months on crutches and 4 months getting my fitness back up to a reasonable level. So 6 months on im back to 80% full fitness.What im wondering is how to get a balanced running week programme. Im looking to improve my fitness on all levels, distance speed and stamina, so what i plan is
1 day each of :
Long Run (1 hr)
Medium distance faster pace (40 mins / 5 miler)
Fartlek ( 1 min increase pace / 2 mins slow for 30 mins)
Run / Long Walk with pack (im in the army)
3 miler at relaxed pace (probably day after night on the beer)
Soccer training

Ill probably leave 1 of these out per week but not out 2 weeks in a row if you know what i mean,

I would love any feedback or suggestions that anyone may have as its only with that that i can improve, Cheers
