I am a sergeant. Beside my military service I am also a passionate runner. However I have a busy schedule which involves many physical activities. I don’t know how to fit in running with my activities. Do you have any suggestion regarding military runners? I would appreciate any suggestion.
You are not the first one with this problem. Many people from all walks of life face similar situation. The only solution is to do the best you can. Some days you will not have enough time or energy for running. At such time the only thing you can do is to rest. There is no point in exhausting yourself with too much activity too soon. On other days you will be ready and have enough energy for a demanding run. You will still make a progress. It will just take a little bit longer than it would otherwise but you’ll get there anyway.
