I used to do what you do too, but then I found a really good technique; take your index finger and middle finger andform a V. Put them on the skin around the clitoris. Make sure you can hold the skin with your fingers. Use the skin to hold the clitoris and do a sort of 'jacking off' motion with the V you made with the fingers and make sure you don't pull too hard.
