I know how hard it is to lose weight, I've been there! It's hard, but if you are determined enough, I know how you can lose up to 5lbs in a matter of a week. How exciting! You just need to follow five things:
1. Follow the food pyramid
2. Excersise at least 60 minutes a day
3. Count up your calories you take in
4. Check your weight (keep track to see how much is lost)
5. Check nutrition info. on labels of food products
You need to have tons of determination to keep this routine/plan. If not sticked to, you will not suceed this goal. Remember this, if you stick to this plan, you can lose up to 20 pounds a month. That's 240lbs a year!!!

Yes, this is a great plan but sticking to a plan is the greatest problem of us all :-D Though, two years ago I made it, I was strictly following this diet called the UN diet, i lost 12 kg in less than two moths, so if I can do it, anyone can! :-D
