Hey! There's a whole lot of ways to help you lose weight, the biggest one being walking more. If you're like me though you get bored easily so you have to come up with something creative to keep going or else you'll last a week before boredom wins out. So here's a few ideas just to keep you going: Get an exercise buddy that will keep you accountable, if you love the outdoors find some trails near you and go backpacking, go swimming with friends (and don't spend the entire time sunbathing, actually swim) eating well doesn't have to be a pain either, there are plenty of foods that are good for you and taste amazing too! Especially if your mom can make green beans taste like candy....

Anyway, you might also want to recruit help from your parents such as hiding the snacks and putting fruit bowls around the house instead. We have set mealtimes and rarely do we snack in between them. Your body will adjust to that and you'll be less likely to eat more than you should. Eat slower, it takes about 20 minutes for you to feel full and don't eat late at night before going to bed.

Some random ones that no one knows of. Take cold showers, drink water with ice, if you drink pop ditch it drink milk if you need another flavor, if you watch a TV show every night and can't miss it then get up and wander around during the commercials-they last for 15 minutes anyway, if you shop do little things like standing on one leg while in line. Those little things that you squeeze in your hand that I can never remember the name of are a help too.

Volunteer at an animal shelter (If you're ok with dogs) they always need some help in some way or another. Plus hauling around 50lb bags is great for wearing you out. Believe me, I know. I don't know what you like but riding horses is also exercise and I dare someone to say otherwise, I will put you on a horse bareback for an hour and ask you how you feel afterwards. It engages more muscles than you knew you had so if that's something you'd enjoy do that. If short on money ask if they will trade riding for mucking stalls (also a great form of exercise lol)

Well, I hope this helps remotely and the best of luck to you!
