I am 14 and ihave not hit puberty yet . I have small hair on hands and legs but they are not noticable. Also i have very small hair in my pubic areas.My penis is 2.3in flaccid and 2.9 to 3in hard.My voice is also like children .My freinds bully me on this topic.Pls tell me when will my puberty start.
Hi guest if you have some pubic hair then you have started going through puberty, everyone goes through different stages at different ages so it's nothing to worry about. When you masturbate are you able to ejaculate yet?
Yes some liquid comes out but it is not very milky.thx

Thx for the help.And i forgot to tell you that I am a little over weight means .Not exactly over weight just I have a lot of Fat around my belly region.
That alone can make your penis look smaller because the fat pad over the pubic bone will hide a lot of the base of your penis. If you push back to your pubic bone at the top of your shaft your see your probably half to an inch extra length.
