It's your call. Just be aware that if you decide to let it grow back it can be very itchy.
Then, as you get older, where do you stop? Will you end up shaving your chest, thighs, legs, etc?
Maybe "manscaping" would be easier. Just keep your pubes nice and trim.
If you can shave your face, you can shave your pubes. If you cut your balls accidentally, it is more awkward than if you cut your face, though. You can't really see everything at the right angle, so if you decide on pube or total body hair removal, use a mirror. And a new, sharp razor. And shaving gel. And cool the area afterwards.
I can't help but ask though.... why would you want to shave your pubes? You're 14. I am assuming nobody will see it, your hair is normal and natural, and shaving can make you end up with injury. Just think on it.
