I'm 14 too. During club volleyball season I lost weight but summer came around an I would eat whenever I'm hungry.
Try eating 2-3 meals a day. Stay away from junk food and pop... Only drink water and orange juice, apple juice, lemonade. Eat the ice cubes. Pop makes you gain weight FAST.

Hi i 14 and i weigh 103 pounds. I do cross country but see no difference. I have a pretty flat tummy, but i have man boobs. How can i lose that. For breakfast i eat goldfish and a zbar. For lunch i usually eat a personal pan or nothing. After i come home i eat rice and goldfish and a 2 bars and nuts and more goldfish. For dinner i eat rice. Please help!!!!!!!!!
