I am fourteen, i am a male im ashamed to take my shirt off in public or at swimming pool cause of my man boobs i've been working out for a month in a half and nothing seems to be working! I get picked on in school, & when I hang with my cousins or certain friends and its really downing :( i have lost weight in my stomach and sides. but my chest isnt going down at all! and if you have a real conclusion of losing man boobs help me please im begging! I need a change in my life!

Try joing a sport team or walk/run at home around your neighborhood. Then when you go out to eat, try to get salads or look for things that are under 500 calories. Try not to eat dessert and if you crave it just have fruit or have dessert once a week. If you drink soda try drinking water or lowfat milk. You don't need diet food just restrict yourself from eating junk food and avoid snacks between meals. Just remember your strong and if you put your head to it you'll achiveve..trust me i am going through the same thing. :) Good luck!

Don't eat when your hungry.
I'm 14 too. During club volleyball season I lost weight but summer came around an I would eat whenever I'm hungry.
Try eating 2-3 meals a day. Stay away from junk food and pop... Only drink water and orange juice, apple juice, lemonade. Eat the ice cubes. Pop makes you gain weight FAST.

I'm also 14 and I weigh 215 I hate looking at my legs and seeing all this fat. I need to lose at least 75-80 lbs in 2 years. Any ideas ??

98lbs?!? You dont need to lose weight. Well i guess it all depends on how tall you are but no matter how short you are 98lbs is just fine. Get some self confidence because there are people who would kill to weigh that much.

I was 121 pounds and hated my body about three months ago I went to the gym it's so fun there! Now I am 109 pounds, I eat so much less and I have neve r tried a fizzy drink in my life so basically live on water

Hi i 14 and i weigh 103 pounds. I do cross country but see no difference. I have a pretty flat tummy, but i have man boobs. How can i lose that. For breakfast i eat goldfish and a zbar. For lunch i usually eat a personal pan or nothing. After i come home i eat rice and goldfish and a 2 bars and nuts and more goldfish. For dinner i eat rice. Please help!!!!!!!!!

Try and stay away from fatty foods such as chocolate , lollies, soft drinks and you name it. Drink plenty of water and do excersise everyday start eating more vegies and fruits and maybe for school lunches make them healthy no chipos and chocolate. See how you go take it slowly try not to push your self and don't give up as quickly . I'll gurantee you'll do well :)
