Hey guys,

              Iam 14 years old iam a girl, i go to a all girls school which makes me feel worse because they r all really skinny. When i go to the beach or the pool with my friends they are all wearing bikinis and iam not and they all have flat stomachs! I dont :( i weigh 50kg iam around 160cm tall. I know most people will say i dont need to lose weight and iam fine for my age but iam dont feel confident about my body! i really want to lose weight please give me any ideas i have alot of homework every night so its really hard to lose weight. Please help thank you

All of you girls need to stop!!!! I understand if you are 150-250 and you want to lose weight, but when you are 90-130 and you want to lose weight that is ridiculouse. It's one thing for wanting to be healthy, but starting to be almost anirexic is ridiculouse. If you want to lose weight eat less food. smaller portions. If you are having pasta try having a quarter of the plate instead of the whole plate. If you are having chicken that is breaded don't eat the fat and breading. Walk or run regularly and maybe do some sit ups or push ups. Any kind of exercise will do. Try to set a time limit on how long you are going to work out and keep adding time on. Not day by day but maybe every two weeks. start out slow. Don't try to go to fast or you will hurt yourself or make yourself sick and then it will take longer to see results.

Hi! I'm also a 14 year old girl. And looking for ways to lose weight.
But That's not weird. That's plain stupid. If you eat raw eggs you can get salmonella. Which isn't very good unless you like throwing up and feeling like you're gunna die very pleasant.

I am 14 as well, and i want to lose weight too. My school dance is coming up and I want to look nice and skinny in my dress and weighing 146 lbs. i feel like this may take a while to achieve. My starting weight is 146 lbs. and in 3-4 months I want to weigh 100- 120 lbs. I need help as well, so please help me. :,(

i am also 14 and i am 120 before i now weight 116 i exercise everyday for 30 mins and eat very healthy  it helps but i still want to losse the fat fast but it takes time.

Hi! I'm 14 and I've been having a healthier lifestyle for about 2 weeks now, I've lost 6 pounds and I'm reaching my goal at an acceptable pace. Here are some tips :) 1) For breakfast avoid sugary cereals like Frosted Flakes and go for Oatmeal or Toast instead. 2) When choosing an entree at the cafeteria keep in mind that you're dieting; remember at least HALF of your plate should be veggies! 1/4 should be meat and the other 1/4 should be grains. Try to drink a carton of skim milk with lunch too. (Also cold water helps lose more weight) 3) For dinner just try to cut back on the portion sizes and make healthier choices. Extra tips; also, being active is effective too, try asking your friends to go swimming with you at the Rec center or jogging around the track. When starting a new school year you can also keep your eyes peeled for any sports teams you're interested in! Best of luck! :)

I'm 14, I'm 6 foot and 190 pounds. I have lost a lot of bod fat this year and I'm not quite satisfied yet, but working out and exercising helps. Just stick with it and don't cheat it.
