I am 14 years old and want to lose weight by september 3, 2010. I am 185 right now and would really like to get down to 120. I am willing to do almoust anything to lose weight (things that are not harmful to me) except i can not join a gym but i can work out and run and other things like that at home. how can I lose weight as quickly AND healthy as possible because im not that person to start vomiting up what they just ate. I want to look good and be healthy by the time the new school years starts which really gives me 3 months.
start eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and stay away from soda or any sweets. do jump rope for about 15 min each night and then after go on a walk for a cool down. also try some running or try getting a gym pass which can help you a lot.

get a lot of exercise! and change your daily diet and watch what you eat carefully! always start out with a warm up then cardio then a cool down.

I cant understand that why cant you join a gym?
Well working out in gym does nearly half of your work to reduce your body fats, the rest is done with the help of your diet and your your self motivation and confidence i.e some part is bestowed with your psychology. Let me tell you a few easy tips with great results that you can follow daily at your home.
-Just remember one thing that you need to eat healthy food and improve your eating habits. You need to eat slowly and chew the food entirely rather then just hurrying and pushing the bites in your mouth.
-As per the suggestions given by yoga specialists, drinking water during your meal also increases your weight, so, i would like to suggest you that do avoid drinking water while having food. You can consume water half an hour after your food.
-Try to join gym as summer is a season used to burn off the extra fats of our body. Cycling or swimming daily is also a good option for swimming.

Hi, I'm nearly 18 years old, and weigh 4 stone. I can't eat much, even with therapy/dietitian help. Any suggestions?
