Same problem, had it for a year or so and am now 13, it was always both of them but now my left nipple swells more and has a small amount of breast swelling under it. Goes away when cold but still a pain in the arse. Any help?

Same here. I'm 15 and only had it for 3/4 of a year. I'm hoping it clears up after about a year like a lot of websites say but its not showing any signs of improving. I dont know if its linked to masterbation but i read the hormonal inbalance can be caused by testiclar cancer (not sure if correct). My only worry is that now its moving towards summer, my nipples will be puffy in the hot weather and ill have to wear t-shirts which might show off my swolen nipples. This can be very embarasing.

I want to see a doctor about it and find out if there's anything i can get to solve the problem but im a bit embarased about telling my mum. Ive had surgery before on my arm and leg with rugby so i know what its like and if it helps, i would happily have surgery but i just dont know what to do.

Everyone just seems to be posting 'same here' so i might not get any help but its nice to know im not the only one.

hallao guys me same here the same problem it started near by when i was 12 and now i am 16 but this problem is not solved yet but i didnt consulted a Doctor. it feels me very ashamed to take out my shirt or wear t-shirts in hot summer. please if any one has it solution contact me :(

hey guys i am 20 and have the same problem, ive had them since i was about 12 and same case no white shirts no shirts off and always an undershirt... it can be embarrassing but i might have a solution.. i stumbled across a product called gynexin.... looks legit not too expensive 70 bucks a month and permanent results.... the before and after pics look good i am gunna try it if you go the full six months and send in before and after pics you will be fully refunded if the results are noticeable i am gunna start in a few weeks i will post again after a few months and might even add before and after pics if it works idk it seems like nothing will work though....... i hope 0this helps everybody and please look up the site i think you will be very excited about the product i know i was

guys it needs surgey to be fixed BUT.........if u r at its beggining stage.....that is if it has just started maximum 1 year ago then.....dont touch it dont even try to fill the marble or seed like thing inside.....it returns to its normal shape if u dont disturb it.....doesnt fixes completely but its that it doesnt swells out of ur chests....but the size of nipples remain the same as when it was swollen

Hey I'm 13 and I also got these swollen nipples that are very embarrassing. I thought I as the only only one but I know that other ppl are also pinching their nipples to make it look normal sized. I just went to a new school and ever since my class went swimming, I got teased for having these puffy nipples. Someone said it was because of hormones and surgery won't ever help it. Can someone help with another solution? Thanks

Hi im 17 and my nippls are the same way they have been like that since i was 10 or 11 im considering surgery but it might be expenisve..the other side is when its chilly my nipples shrink back to normal

if u want ur normal nipples back stop masturbating in a month or 2 it would be normal as happened with me...i also faced the same problem but now its normal

When I asked the doctor about this he said if it didnt go away in a couple of months that he could give me hormones to fix the problem. Its been years since he said that but Im thinking about brining the subject back up again.

if you have swollen nipples due to estrogen imbalance try taking a anti-estrogen course such as kessa or clomid it closes the gland and stops production of estrogen in turn should solve your problem. you need a prescription from your doctor for that pills

iv got the same prob..and i cant be out with my friends with my tight shirts.. i feel so shy.. i have a thing like a rock inside.. can anyone tell me a cure?? please.. i feel soo uncomfortable...it started this years januaryy.. =/

so as u mentioned that even after having the surgery the problem still persists...?

wat kind of surgery was that..

liposuction or the other one in which the gland itself is removed...??

Hey guys! i have the exact same issue? im now currently 16 and a half going on 17 and my nipples have been puffy for years now and i have no idea why? i have a fit toned body but this is my only issue! i want to fix it so i can be "NORMAL" im glad to know im not the only one with this problem but does anyone know exactly why they are the way they are, or how to fix it?
