Hi xmatt,  your not the first guy to ask this question or even the oldest so don't worry.

What you need to do is stretch your foreskin by pulling it back towards your body so the opening stretches but not far enough to cause you any discomfort or pain and hold for 30 seconds and repeat 10 times at least twice a day preferably after you take a bath as the water will help soften the foreskin and make it stretch easier.

Iv you would like to know more make yourself an account on here and I'll message you as it's easies to get notifications like that.

Actually, the statistics- from nations like Finland for example- point to a much higher percentage that a male with a problem will keep his foreskin and it's 1%. A full circumcision is indeed a rarity in terms of options. It's a last resort to an integral part of a fully-functioning organ.
Stretching, manually and/or utilizing graded 'rings' with crèmes usually remedies phimosis if it is a problem. But there are lesser surgical options failing that like a dorsal slit that are less severe than excising tissue that disrupt the fully functioning of the penis.
It can be essential boys and men can rely on educated, informed doctors to aid in any problems if they occur with our foreskins: and poorly educated or biased doctor may jump from 'A to D' when there are a host of non-surgical options before any cutting is necessary. What doctors often miss out, along with alternatives to remedy, is the consequences of losing a fully-functioning penis. The neurological effects(that may take in some instances years to manifest) will always lead to a loss of sensation. The primary sensory organ of the penis, from light touch, movement, temperature and stretching arrive from our foreskin- mostly in the Ridged Band(the tip of the foreskin where it transitions into the inner foreskin) and the frenulum. Tampering with the penis by excising this highly enervated tissue always has degenerative consequences to men's sexual experiences. The glans penis is meant to be internal, not exposed to abrasive clothing: try exposing your inner eyelids, or your inner lips to touch and fabric and it's very uncomfortable. Same with the glans naturally.
Do more research about the number of important functions of the foreskin and you will be more protective of taking any of away.
