I ejaculate just fine,but after 3 minutes or so ,a small amount of sperm/semen comes out of my penis.. I notice this when masturbating because when having sex I use a condom and Im toodisracted to notice..So I masturbate,I ejaculate and everything is fine...I put on my underwearand and pants,go sit on the couch to watch tv and next thing I know my underwear is wet...Is this a poblem?Even if it isnt its sill very annoying..Is there a way of fixing this? The liquid coming out of your penis is called "pre-cum". Its completely normal. I'm pretty sure there is no way to make it stop coming out ever. And its a good thing you noticed because when you get aroused whether you have an orgasm or not, it comes out, its a natural lube for a man kinda like when a woman gets aroused and gets "wet". Also, "pre-cum" can get a woman pregnant so continue to practice safe sex until you know you are ready for children. Hope I helped.
