Hi - congrats on coping so far. Pancreas or kidney perhaps? I had eating food problems (severe).. had some checks, the docs couldn't find anything (apparently)... I had to get some antibiotics from a shingles sufferer who had stored some (i had two weeks worth , some digestive enzymes from a healthfood shop, which helped me eat my first fatty meal in a long while (would cause pain before that) which i only had to take one a week, and take vitamin supplements .. .. which helped me loads.. i can now eat pretty normally and am now putting weight on.... got rid of the pain completely.. and some vitamin supplment from superdrug which aids iron (it is sold like cough medicine inteh bottle liquid form).. which really makes me feel very energetic too.. so hope this helps you.. so the short end of it is ; it could be my kidney, pancreas, gallbladder, or colon... but it causes pretty much no pain now nad i can eat what i have.... just too lazy to cook good meals!!! is there a tablet for that???? !!! LOL ??

I had kind of the same problem but mine was caused my anxiety. i had to think about anything else and get distracted to eat anything or else i have anxiety that makes me feel like im gonna throw up everywhere. it comes and goes depending on my stress levels, or if im going through something.

I don't know what the diet plan is that your on but I recently (as of this morning that is) found out that GLUTEN can be a huge issue - If your diet doesn't contain any gluten and your still not doing better I would suggest to keep plugging away at this because you don't want to end up like me and go your whole life feeling sick and being sick to the point you don't or can't leave your house.....I read that GLUTEN can even play parts on mental issues - either way its worth looking into. I know I am I am off to see my dr on Thursday to find out about this GLUTEN ingredient that seems to plague many of us.

I also have hypothyroidism and I have all the same symptoms. I see a naturopath and he tested my blood for 100+ food allergies, I have about 15 including dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and many other (often obscure) allergies. They present as intolerances, so I typically bloat and get nauseous and end up with diarrhea but they cannot be fixed by enzyme supplements which marks the difference between an allergy and an intolerance. I have a lot of stress in my life currently and my naturopath expects these allergies to simmer down once I have that under control. However, the hypothyroidism caused a condition called hypochlorydria, where I don't produce enough HCl and so my gastric acids are pH 7 (the same as a glass of distilled water). I take HCl/Pepsin capsules with my food and I am gradually starting to produce my own HCl. I suspect you are suffering similar gastrointestinal illnesses and I highly recommend seeing a naturopath, a good one will fix your diet rather than treating the symptoms with medication. Your post has been here a while but I hope this is some help to you!

This can be many things, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Gallbladder or liver problems, Hepatitis C, Hypoglycaemia, Glucose intolerance, other food intolerance. You need to ask the doctor for allergy testing, liver function tests and sugar level tests. With many fatigue diseases, they are hard to diagnose as they can be bourne by insects or people. Chronic fatigue sounds like what you have, with depression. Don't forget a lot of pills can make you ill, especially birth control for the ladies. Look at Lupus also.

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear whats happening to you. I have had a similar problem in the past and all I can think to recommend is an exclusion diet - literally just cut down to just one or two basic food groups - vegetables are most likely to be what irritates your stomach least and try and gradually introduce other food groups one at a time, as it sounds like you are intolerant/allergic to something in a lot of foods. But when introducing new foods, make sure its only one food group - so check all labels carefully, ie. you can find milk in a lot of cereals, crisps, sauces, bread, etc. where you might not expect it. I really hope that you can start feeling better soon.
