I have been fighting for about 6 months to lose weight and have been either staying the same or gaining weight regardless of what I do.

I go to the gym 6 days a week and I am training to become a fitness model, but I have been told I have Metabolic damage and was wondering how to reverse it so I can get back on track.

Who told you and why that you have a Metabolic damage? What does that mean?

I can see how frustrating it can not being able to lose weight despite all the effort but don't give up just yet, solution might be simpler than you think.

Can you tell me more about your eating habits? What do you eat? When you do eat it? Do you drink soda? How many meals per day are you having? These could be key factors to the solution of your problem.
