I am a 20 year old active male that goes to the gym nearly 4 times a week. Last Thursday, I was doing a back workout when all of a sudden I felt weird, I gained a panic attack symptoms. I felt like my heart rate elevated, and all together strange. I was lifting very heavy weights and listened to loud music at the same time. On Friday, I had this strange headache for the first time, it was a localized pain on one spot that I point with my finger. It was on my left side, specifically above my left ear, sort of like a dot of pain. The pain at the beginning was sharp and lasted for only seconds, it felt radiating and pulsating as well. Now at this day, I still feel pain on the same side, although it isn't really painful. The pain is now much more suppressed and feels quite dull, sometimes it is sharp. I don't vomit at all, but when I wake up I do feel somewhat bloated, and gaseous. I also can walk, talk and exercise normally. I don't feel any interferences with my daily tasks. My vision is still very good and I have good judgement and logical perception. I am however, an anxious person. Meaning before all of this pain, I suffered A LOT of panic attacks. I would feel as if something bad will happen to me, and I am a hypochondriac. I really hope this is nothing dangerous, all I know is that it happened after that workout, and that this annoying head pain was everyday. My mother doesn't want to go to the doctor with me, she thinks it is a waste of time. I feel fatigued now, and I have pain on the middle of my head now!! Please help, my mom thinks I am BS. I don't want to visit a doctor because I don't want my mother to pay for the bill. When I was walking today, I felt odd and dizzy. I never ever had this type of feeling before. Thanks for your help and Merry Christmas!!!
P.S The pain has stopped on the left side, now it is on the center of my head. I feel nausea sometimes after eating, or drinking water. I don't drink or smoke.
