I have strange holes on my penis. What could be the problem?

I think I've had this, or something similar to this. I've had it about twice now, and it usually appeared in roughly the same spot, on the shaft where it starts to become the head. The first time I had this, several years back, I noticed I'd had it before that but never thought about it. After I felt at it, and noticed it was hard and scab-like, I got curious. I know I hadn't done anything to make a scab there, so I pick at it with some tweezers, and... well, it came right off, fairly painlessly. I didn't know what it was, but assumed it was harmless, so I thought nothing of it.
I noticed it again, recently, and picked at it once more, but this time it wasn't coming off as easily. I took an above poster's advice and squeezed at it like it was a zit or blackhead, and it... I guess, popped kind of? Something slid out of it, like the stuff you'd get from a pimple, only it was hard and darker in color. I assumed it was some weird blackhead.

hmm, not sure what to make of it but that sounds like something you need to make a trip to the doctor for.

It could be AIDS.

I also have had these little black dots on my inner  thighs ,and on my sack and one in between my inner thigh and penis in the area where my pubes grow. i have never noticed them at all till in the shower today. the black dots have disappeared and just left a bunch of little holes. I alwys had thought the black dots were moles or something like that cause i have never been able to remove them or anything. some the same size some a little smaller some a little bigger. Im very worried about this and really don't want go to my doctor about it if its not something serious. can anyone help me out i really don't think these just like pop up out of no where. I know 100% it is not any type of std . I also notice a little bump (just one) on my ball sack that is closer to my penis area right in the middle behind my penis. I have tried to pop it because it looks like a pimple or something but it WOULD NOT pop. its just a dot maybe the same or a tiny bit smaller than a pee. it feels like its solid almost. it doesn't feel like a pimple. Another thing is I use to weigh about 410 and now weigh 225 when i was much larger my inner thighs rubbed together all the time and it also rubbed my sack a lot also so the skin kinda looks raw but it had gotten tougher from always rubbing together and has caused the skin to turn a brownish color. when i was in elementary school i went with my class for a scolioses test (Spelling??) and i was  put a side and looked at again and they called my mommy. cause the back of my neck and underarms were also that color. I did not test positive for scolioses. and have always believed the brown color is just from the skin always rubbing together cause its just in spots where i use to have alot of skin rubbing together and its also in natural hot areas. And sweating prob helped with it. I use to sweat alot being big. I have no idea what is going on and i am sorry if i used any incorrect terms or spelling im freaking out and want to find out whats going on. I normally would just leave it alone and do nothing nor post it on the web. But it just doesnt seem normal but i really hope it is and im fine. I really really appreciate any help. Thanks!

just basically blackheads, quite common, some may also have holes left from stitches,after circumcision or or other surgery

I had the same thing. Five mins ago I was peeing and I broke one off... Should I be scared nod do I need the one.

hey im onley 13 and i have the same problems will my penis still grow? im very worried that with this problem that i wont grow. I already have pubic hair.

So this is what I noticed with my experience. Now I'm no medical expert whatsoever so you should still talk this over with your family doctor when you get a chance.

Now, you need to ask yourself these 2 questions.

1) Are you circumcised?

2) Do you use lotion to masturbate?

In my case, I've only used lotion to masturbate about 3-4 times since I hit puberty and I'm 25. The first time i noticed a bump, I was 13. I left it go for about 3-4 months thinking it would go away. It didn't. So I started fiddling around with it since it didn't hurt. I ended up pulling this black substance out of a cavity on the underside of my penis about 1 cm down from where my glands penis started. The next time this happened was when I was 17. It was in the same exact spot as before. So I backtracked and though about anything I did differently from my normal routine. I did use lotion at one point about 2-3 weeks prior. So I cleaned it out made a mental note. Same thing happened the 3rd time as well. Used lotion and bump appeared.

So my theory is that when you get circumcised, a cavity can form depending on how the penis healed from being stitched up. This cavity can get stuff stuck in it like mine. Still run this over with your family doctor just to make sure it's nothing else. Hope this helped out.

Im 14, my foreskin has been circumsised when i was a 4 or 5. i see holes and blackheads poping out. i took it out. is there anything wrong?

I got the same thing lol, I tried to put an earring Though it cuz it looks like a piercing hole

I have one also but can't seem to find answers I've even saw s doctor but I am able to squeeze whatever is in that pinhole out. Initially its white but if u leave it in there too long it will be be black when u squeeze it out. I've even put it on tissue to see if it moves. It also has a fungus smell if u put it to your nose.
