i turned 16 a little while ago and while chatting with friends we talked about how big our penises were (i never answered). At the end of the day I decided to have a look and take measurements. turns out i'm only about 8-9 cm and that's having to push in a bit of fat. I am a bit overweight but other articles on this site said teens 15-16 should have a penis about 15-17cm.

Average size for a 16 year old is somewhere around 12.5 to 15.2 but I wouldn't worry about it to much though specially if you happen to be a little over weight as that can hide quite a bit of your actual shaft.
