I am a female truck driver in my mid 40's. I never used to have a problem with my weight until the last 3 years or so. Since then I have been diagnosed with Rheumatiod Arthritis. The doctors have had problems finding medication to help due to my reactions to the side effects.
I have managed to lose some of the weight I gained, however I still have at least 30 pounds to go. I also have high blood pressure which is currently being controled with medication. It hasn't been near as hard to control since I have lost some of the weight, however I believe that both the HBP and the RA would not bother me as much if I can find a way to lose the rest. I eat healthy, minimal sweets, have reduced my caffiene intake, and try to get some exersice. The exercise is my biggest problem, as it aggrivates the pain from the RA.
Any suggestions on types of exercise that won't aggrivate it yet help me to finish losing this weight?
