im sorry but your wrong man, ive been smoking for about 6 years now. morning till night. i travel and go around a lot. it hurts honestly to see you post saying there is no adiction. there is. and i've gotten good at dealing with the withdrawl symtoms. for me, i gag everytime i exert just the littlest bit of exercise, i litterally can not eat unless i force myself, i cant sleep untill 4 am everynight, i sweat and wake up in the middle of my sleep and have to get a towel to get the sweat off. though you might say, that just your body, its not from cannibis. well im sorry to you, because this is only somthing that happens whenever i stop. and ive been able to stop (mainly for tollerence breaks so i can get higher) around 6 times. usually stop for about 2 weeks to a month. its every single time. i get high everyday and i finally said i want to stop being stoned for my entire life. its been 3 weeks now, most of my symtoms have gone. but i still sweat so much everynight, i still have very vived dreams, i still cant get to sleep untill 2-3 am when i get in bed a 11. it goes away, but i decided to look this up and see if was not the only one, and i am not. i also just exerted alot of energy in a wrestling match with my roommate, and three weeks after i stoped, even after i stop gagging, this little bit of movment made me almost throw up and gag. its very real. dont kid yourself, dont be a child. its real take it from someone who knows.

Yeh it has physical and mental withdrawl symptoms.... my partner wants me stop or cut down from daily use.... ive suffered HELL!!!!! i couldnt go a day without craving it, i still cant go 3 days without smoking it and now im ill az f**k with no energy what so ever. Sore throat with grem on my chest.... then keep sweating when think of weed and the lot..... you name it im experiencing it and ive smoked weed basically everyday for the past 15 years.... i wont ever say ill quit it as i know for a fact i couldnt but certainly wouldnt let my daughter or my little brother smpke the stuff

I'm giving up 3rd time now .dreading it as my nightmares are awfull I sweat ache feel sick .but I'm sick of just sleeping after a joint I'm missing out on life I'm 44 now smoked since 16 .there are side effects but I'm going to try .wish you all the luck guys x

I agree, I have gotten in the habit of smoking very good weed. And I felt I needed to dry out due to tolerance. I have never experienced withdraw before, but I'm also a diabetic now. An I have nausua like you wouldn't believe. Got home from work an just kept throwing up..withdrawal is real....it may effect people differently ...but its real

Ive been a heavy smoker for about 2 years, like smoking every single day about 10 or 12 blunts (or more). I've stopped smoking for about 4 days and I feel like sh*t. I'm constantly having nausea, bad vivid dreams, vomiting, headaches, loss Iof appetite, & lastly but not least I CAN NOT SLEEP FOR sh*t. Every time I try to sleep I only get about 2 or 1 hour of rest. I'm f*****g exhausted. So I do believe that there is withdraws from quitting marijuana. I am a very strong minded person, and I always stay positive, I'm stopping for a good cause so I don't think my mind should be playing games with me. I can definitely live without Mary J but these withdrawals is really a pain in the ass. I'm just wondering how long until I can be normal again, I regret so much for smoking but at the same time I don't because Mary J really got me through tough situations. I always feel very moody, I'm going through this little rehab by myself and I just want to cry, cry and cry. I get dizzy at times and sometimes I even feel high? I don't know if that is just the toxins but I don't mind that. I wish I had my parents support but I can't even tell them that this is happening they will judge me so bad. I hope this goes away soon :'( . But I can say I'm very proud of myself and whoever is going through what I am going through we got this, stay strong because at the end everything will be so worth it, positivity is very important.

I have also experienced symptoms such as nausea and lack of appetite but ONLY after if I've had too much in a short period of time. I suspect that if your tolerance keeps going up from consistent use and higher and higher dosages, then yes your brain is adapting somehow and is expecting to keep receiving THC, definitely if you rarely or never take a proper break. So it's not that surprising that stopping cold turkey would be a shock to your system. You have to have a healthy relationship with it like anything else, being high all the time is a really bad idea if it negatively impacts other areas of your life. It's an amazing plant and non-toxic but you need to know how to use it for your benefit. Go live your life, and only have it if you feel like it - on occasion, do not rely on it to feel good. It's important to keep having breaks, I believe there are withdrawal symptoms if you have overdone it, but It would be kinder to yourself to taper off than stop cold turkey. There could be other factors, like the quality of the weed or the strain or the way you take it, but people can give weed a bad name because they are doing it wrong and making themselves sick and/or unmotivated, and then they blame the plant..

I’m just here to say that I decided to quit smoking and it has been an absolute nightmare. Anxiety, Depression, Fatigue, Nausea, Vomiting, No Appetite, Stomach Issues, Night Sweats, and Mood Swings. Yes while I smoked it made life content and easy to deal with, but I got emotionally detached and found myself just smoking everyday and doing nothing. Just going along with life. Not that it’s bad but it’s also illegal here and I don’t want to risk losing my child over a plant. I’m about 15 days no THC and it’s getting better but if you say there’s no withdrawal symptoms then you’re clearly uneducated and haven’t experienced it first hand. I welcome you to stop cold turkey. I bet you’ll be singing a different tune.

I smoke everyday and some weeks I run out of cash for a few days. I'm currently going through that now and it's 0630 Am. I can't sleep, my head is banging and I feel ill. This isn't the first time it happens everytime I don't smoke
