I freaked out when I read what that it might be TC.

I'm 16, and let me make this clear, the marble sized.. 'Thing'.. Is NOT attached to my testicle. It doesn't hurt, but it worries me.

What is it?

I'm 24 and I've lived with a total of 3 bumps that developed over maybe 10 years, 1 at a time. Last night I took a needle in one hand and a bump in between my fingers squeezing. I inserted the needle until i felt 2 "pops", one through the skin of my sac, and one through the bump itself. Didnt hurt at all, was full of creamy white substance and the hard part was the core. Its like a little sac attached by string, but I managed and detached it successfully. Only problem now, my balls won't stop bleeding. Hope this helps someone as curious as I. After ten years I couldn't take it any longer. There's no pain, just the curiosity.

Hello, I am eighteen years old and ever since I was around the age of 15 I have noticed a grape sized lump that is attached to my left testicle. I am EXTREMELY terrified of surgery, especially "down there", and have just kind of let it go. It never really hurts except on rare occasions when it get agitated, it begins to ache. I also fear for my health, being someone who cherishes life and being in good physical condition. I have gotten physicals many different times for sports and everything of the sort, but either none of the doctors have noticed or they just don't have reason to note anything peculiar. I mean I have several hernias in my abdomen and they have all failed to find those. This "lump" has not gotten bigger over the years and I have yet to tell anyone of my fear, let alone take action to confirm it. I feel my only way of getting this off my mind right now is to post in this thread and get some feedback.

Please ask your parents to take you to the doctor. Teticular cancer is the size of a BB and usually there is no pain but your balls will feel "full" or heavy on that side and it will hang differently. I had that on my left side and it turned out to be cancer. So, please get to a doctor. If you are embarrassed, just tell your parent you need to talk to the doctor about something private. They should be supportive. Don't wait around as TC can spread to lymph glands deep inside your body and that make it much worse. Alwasy best to catch TC early before spreading happens.

It sounds like it could be epidydimitus ( not sure of the spelling ) thats what I had and it sounds like the same thing.
Kind of a constant dull ache in one or both testicles, a fleshy, hard lump, don't worry about cancer. Just go to the doctor and ask them about epidydimitus.

Tell someone !! The worst thing you could do is keep it to yourself.
