hi am 16 years old and am 100lbs which is 7.2 stone..alot of people say this is a healthly weight but some how i still feel fat :( i want to lose weight to atleast 98lbs and then i can maintain the weight .. please can someone help me? i try and eat healthy btw is sweetcorn, coalslaw, fresh orange juice healthly and will it put weight on??..but pleaaaase can someone help me :(?x
