I am 12 yrs old and i weigh 240 pounds (i know i weigh a lot). But the thing is that i'm bigged bone and that adds some weight there. So, i need some ideas for losing weight and there's another thing i spranged my ankle in May and i have to get surgery in October and i can't run. So, any ideas would be great. thanks :)

With an impending surgery, you can't do any strenous weight loss exercises. First of all, take charge of your diet. You will be sedentary for a lot of time around your surgery period so eat only healthy food. Drinks lots of water. You can try ab crunching without involving your feet.You can also do mild weight tarining and some yoga.
