It’s not about the weight if your doctor says that your good after talking then your good it’s about health not looks and it’s okay to lose some lbs but not if it makes u unhealthy
To loose weight while still being healthy I would suggest intermediate fasting the 16:8. So you only it from 11 am to 7pm (times can very to what works with you.) also cut down on your carbs and drink a GALLON of water a day or every other day, it sounds like a lot but it also helps a lot!! Excercise also helps! Good luck
Hi i'm Grace Im 13 and i am dealing with the same thing you are going through because i eat 2,000 or less everyday and still weight about 170lb-180lb like u i dont like and feel great about my body i have realized that well first kids are rude and second unlike you i have been over the average weight my hole life and have been bullied for it my hole life so tomorrow i am starting my first 3 day fat and then im going to eat for 3 day and just keep switching and making the fast longer until i reach my goal Fasting look it up u might like it
