Hey , I'm Karli. I'm 5'2 , 14 , I weigh a decent , average weight but I want a flatter stomach for summer , I never go swimming or wear shorts or crop shirts because I'm not confident about myself and I want to loose weight fast. I have a health thing on my phone that keeps track of how many steps a day and my calories and carbs but I'm anorexic but im trying to stop starving myself because I been getting sick so what do I do to loose weight fast as a 14 yr old ?

Workouts are good, but you will need to have proper diet which can enhance this process. Eat short meals instead of heavy ones. If you are on medication that leads to water retention, take natural diuretics. If you can afford - follow a personal trainer who can follow your progress. Do not starve yourself, instead try discovering and eating low calorie, but filling food. Drink few glasses of water before eating - this gives you a feeling of satiety and you will eventually eat less. Good luck

Hi Karli , Here are some tips for you.

1) Be vegetarian

2) Yoga workout is beneficial

3) Some rounds with Bicycle (atleast 15 mins daily)
