Hi, I am 15 years old girl and I have problem with my weight. I have 20 pounds more than is my normal weight. I am pretty desperate and I don't know what to do. I can't dress anything nice and I feel pretty bad because of it. Kids in school are laughing to me. Please help!
Hi, first of all you have to understand that nothing tragic is going on. Sooner you understand that, sooner you will be in position to lose your weight. You need to stop eating chocolates and other candies which are only gaining your weight. Also you need to find some sport activity which is suitable for you and practice it at least three times per week. You need to drink more water and take fruits and vegetables. In several weeks you will be able to see the difference.

run 2 miles everyday in under 20 minutes. you will lose weight. and eat less. do 100 situps and 50 pushups aswell.

well there are a couple of tips i could give you. dont eat things that are high in calories and sugars. the thing about eating less well... assuming you eat three times a day right make it five but with small portions instead of 3 reg-big portions. just eat healthy foods, foods with high fiber low sugar and low calories, drink a lot of water and exercise. the things about the 5 small meals a day thing works because your speeding up your metabolism so just eat 5 healthy meals everyday and exercise and drink plenty of water. dont think results are going to come like in days, it takes time. be determined and soon enough you'll lose weight.
