Your doctor could get you into see someone about your depression if you have not talked to your doctor about it yet.
There is help out there and seeing the right doctor that is familiar with depression could help you a great deal there could even be support groups in your area that would be worth checking into as well.
There are services in most places to help and speaking with your doctor or even your school councillor could turn out to be a good resource for you kev.

There is nothing to worry about being a late bloomer is pretty common as everyone grows and develops at different rates and times.
If you search for the Tanner puberty scale you can do their quiz to determine if you have started puberty and what stage you are at and there is good information on growth and development.
