Hi I’m 17 years of age and I have not seen any form and testicles and penis growth. It’s about 2 inch soft and about 4/5 inches hard. I’m wondering if it is a medical problem or I just have to wait a bit longer than the rest.
Actually believe it or not you penis and testicles are about average size for an adult. Depending on when he started puberty your penis may continue to grow here I would not worry at this point
