Hi! My name is Linzay. Im 20 years old and have 1 beautiful daughter. After my pregnancy i kept gaining weight. I weigh 198 and would really like to lose as much as i can before august 30th. Please give me advice on how to achieve this. I dont want to be embarrassed on my birthday. I dont exercise but i am willing to.
