Oh my gosh! I can relate! I am also 5'9 and about 120 pounds. I can barely fit in an a cup and I hate it. I am fourteen years old , a A cup and my 12 year old friend is bursting out of a C cup! My other friends also have no issues growing boobs. My mom and all the other females in my family have boobs but I feel so alone. I am so self conscious and even have trouble swimming and working out because I feel so ugly. I just wish I had tits.
hey i'm almost 15 i got my period at 12 and i got my first breast development at the age of 11.... but at the age of 13 i reached 34AA and i haven't changed since... i am underweight for someone of my age (the average : 115 pounds and i weight : 103.2) my weight might have something to do with it but there are some girls in my class who are as thin and weight like me and yet they have D cups...

Oh my god Mandy, no no no they aren't dead lol. Some people just have naturally small breasts. You can always try some vitamins for breast growth or creams and keep a healthy diet and eat foods that contain high levels of estrogen. I'm 14 and I haven't done any of this because I honestly don't have the patience to see the results
Hi everyone its normal to have smaller boobs than your peers at this age because im experiencing the same. It could be genetics or that youre underweight (im underweight)! People say you can take papaya milk or stuff with estrogen in them to make them grow bigger but i dont know about that. Not everyone has B and C cups and alot of people have A cups. Your boobs will continue to grow until youre about 20+ or so and actually, they can get bigger during your period because of hormones. Its okay to be an A cup or smaller while your friend is a C cup. As long as you are healthy thats what matters! If anyone makes fun of your boobs then theyre not very nice. Learn to love them as actually small boobs are kinda good because theyre not as uncomfortable as big boobs when you run & stuff. Go out and use that swimsuit! Lots of girls and even models have A cups & smaller. Boobs does not define your beauty!

I got my period at 13 as well, I am now 14 and yet no breast. My mum is DD and I have nothing not even an AA just nothing. And I don’t know what I should do. I’m not expecting them to just appear over night like most of these say.

oki so I got my period when I was 13 everything has been normal except for my Breasts I cry myself to sleep most nights is it normal for ur Breasts to start hurting a lot and feel sensitive
Can you please help? As I see, you are very good at giving advice! I’m a 12 year old, and when I was 10, one of the buds popped up on my right, but then, it GREW BACK INTO A FLAT NIPPLE! YEP! Literally! Now there is nothing there at all (my nipple is there, but there is no sign of breast development) As my left developed a bud, it took a very long time for it to have anything happen to it. It was a bud for a about 2 years, and only now is it actually forming into a breast (not a actual one, i can’t even use bras yet..) But, my left one has never grown since then.. I searched it up, and I think I found out I have Poland’s Sydrome. It’s were you only have one boob (only one boob developed) and I’m scared to tell my mum because I used to stuff my bras and she surely saw I have TWO boobs... Also, it’s nothing to do with my genes. No one in my family has small boobs, or even Poland’s Syndrome.. Also, I dont know if I was imagining I had a bud.. But I’m kind of worried.. I cry myself to sleep every night, praying to god that my right one will catch up, but I don’t think it will. And I don’t think it’s because I’m still young. I think I might be diagnosed with Poland’s Syndorme..
Same here girl, I got my period literally today but I hit puberty aaaaages ago, I’m 13 and I always read all these things about weight affecting breast size and I’ve had all the things that are supposed to happen to breasts except for the growing part, everyone else has breasts, I’m lliterally the only one in my grade without them, im supposedly the right weight for my age as I get told, but I feel fat and I keep thinking that’s the reason why I don’t have any breasts :(
