Implantation bleeding or menstruation?

I never thought I would ever write on a forum....but I got a one day heavy period on day 17 off my usual 26-28 day cycle.  I wrote it off as my period coming early....perhaps with the season change-but the combination of the short length and how early it was is making me wonder....I have had two children-both times I completely missed my period.  Is a one day heavy period normal??  And coming a little more than a week early??  I suppose the best thing is patience...and just wait and see....

Hey! Y'all So my man and I have trying to get pregnant too... My last period was Jan. 22 to Jan. 27 2013 heavy had unprotected sex on Feb.14,21,25,28 and had no period for Feb. 2013 and then on March 4 to 8 had a very light short period Had unprotected sex March 5,7,10 and on March 10 starting having cramps and March 11 at 8pm notice pink/blood discharge when I wiped and was gone the next mourning. Do y'all think I'm pregnant? or if this is implantation bleeding or what do y'all think this is???? Please Help

 

Hi, I was due on my period yesterday 11/03/2013 and it never came. I have woken up this morning i have got pain in my lower stomach but not half as much pain as what i usually experiance. When i go to the toilet there is red blood on the tissue. I normally have a really heavy flow the first 3 days and there is hardly anything this time only when i wipe ! Me and my husband have been trying for a baby for 3 months now, we have no children yet. Please help !!!

It would be great if you ladies could get back to us and tell us if what you were experiencing was indeed implantation bleeding or just your period. That would really help. I've been praying for a baby so bad but I guess my significant other is not ready so I just bought a pack of condoms to get my hopes off being preg. Four days before my period was due I started experiencing abdominal cramps followed by light bleeding. I was hoping it was implantation bleeding but it got heavy. Bled for about 3days but I was stupid enough to use a tampon so I can't quantify the bleeding. Anyway... A little voice inside is telling me I could still be preg but I know better and I won't do a pt as the appearance of that single line instead off 2 feels like a knife has been pushed right through my heart... All in Gods time now... :-(

I'm going thru the same thing last month I only bled for two days and now this I bled for 3 days. I always bleed heavy for 6 days. This month my period came 3 days late which would've made me bleed heavier but I had a lighter flow. Today it was kind of heavy with clots. Me and my fiancé have been trying to get pregnant with no such luck. I took two tests today and last night both were negative. What's going on???

I need a little help . im 19 and i had my period regular last month. and this month on my ovulatin days were 12.13.14.15 and my nipples were sore for a week it seemed like now there not sore.. I had inter corse the 13 and the 20/3 i was cramping and down below was realy fealing weard. And today when i go to the bathroom i wipped very light pinkish blood could i be pregnant??

You guys are jumping the gun WAY TO FAST!!! There will be no answers until a pregnancy test is done after your 1st missed period. Yes you could be, everyone is different. I had my period for 3 months during my pregnancy with my daughter didn't even know i was pregnant until oddly i woke up one morning and was like ugh im pregnant i know it! so good luck!!

I too don't normally post on forums either but just wanted some advice on a current situation.

I had been on depo for a long time. I came off the shot last year just because. My last normal cycle was in Dec. of 2012. I had some issues with my cycle in January and Feb. I thought my next cycle should have started on March 21. It didn't come till the 25th. I had light spotting for like a couple of hours, and then it became a brown discharge with no blood. I only changed a pad once,(put on a liner to be on the safe side). No bad cramping, but dull pains on both sides where ovaries are. Not sure if I should test or just wait till next month and see what happens.

 

Just wondered if your period came on time, each time during your pregnancy?

Hi everyone i dont know if you could help me but every month i start my period on the 2nd or 3rd and i had my period for this month already but when i woke up this morning i felt wet down below , so i went to the bathroom as normal and when i wipped i had some pinkish blood i dont know hat would be wrong could someone help please

well how about this, I had sex with my husband during my period in march.  we didn't want to get pregnant, but don't like using protection.  I was supposed to start anywhere from the 30th to the 4th of april. It's now the 6th and I have light pink discharge. I'm hoping it's the start of my much hoped for period.  But I'm concerned because I've been tired all the time.  We had unprotected sex for the last time on the 10th which was the last or second to last day of my march period.  Going from my last period in febuary with started on the 8th, I have a 28day cycle round about. I took a pregnancy test on the 30th and 31st came out negative. the brownish/pinkish discharge has done enough to stain my panties but otherwise nothing... We are not ready for another kid and I'm low key freaking out.   Should I just wait a week and take another test? I mean I'm going to do that anyway, but has anyone on here had this happen and then been pregnant or you know not pregnant.  I have been going through a lot of stress lately so that could be it as well I think...

well hello there wow i thought i was alone i am going thou all that now, i want to the doctor on the 8th of dec 2014 and they told me there was a egg about to drop.. between the 8 or the 9th . the doctor said have plenty of sex these nexts 3 days, of course i said ok. now i was expected to get my period on the 21 to the 25th of dec... but some how i started bleeding on the 16th of dec, and all i need was panty liner.... i was not heavy at all... also there no real flow to it.... when i clean myselfthere is some blood but nothing almost.. so i wonder if this is clearly inplantation  bleeding , now my stomach does hurt a little andi feel bloated like if i am going to have a big period but nothing what can i be going though. I WNDER IF I GO GET A BLOOD TEST HCG IF IT WILL SHOW. CAUSE AM ONLY 35 I CANNOT BE LOSING MY PERIOD I AM STILL YOUNG.

I am 45 years old.I wish i was pregnant, but no chance of that, hubby was fixed up years ago. But i have had that dark brown discharge in my nickers for a month now...and now just in the past week there is fresh blood when i wipe, sometimes a little fresh blood with the dark discharge.
