Happens to me all of the time. The best thing to do is to wear black bottoms at the gym. Don' t let one a-hole discourage you.

I've read the majority of everyone's post, from the beginning 2 years ago. It is unfortunate out of all these complaints, no one has produced a remedy. I suffer from Hyperhydrosis and have for YEARS. I can only wear certain tops and bottoms because of my constant sweating. Not only do I continuously sweat under my arms, I also sweat profusely in between my thighs. I just visited my Dr 2 days ago and after sharing my utterly embarrassing situation, she prescribed me Hypercare. Hypercare is supposed to be used for scalp, underarm, palm and feet sweating. HOWEVER, my Dr. was well aware I only sweat profusely under my arms and in between my legs. I highly recommend this as I just applied my second dose and I can already tell the difference! You do have to receive a prescription from your Dr., but again ladies, I HIGHLY recommend Hypercare! I'm just so excited to start wearing my sexy silky Victoria Secret clothing, because now I can!

Amazed that I'm not the only one suffering this!

I have noticed that since i started using a cristal deoderant (eg salt of the earth or pitrok) on my underarms, which only stops my underarm sweat smelling, rather than actually stopping sweating (but it seems not too noticiable) i think that my crotch sweat is less. I wonder if this is because my body is not doing compensatory sweating.

Me too. I find exercise now, even gentle walking, requires a change of clothes and shower. I only wear black trousers to avoid any sign of wetness, have avoided skirts for more than 20 years, and can't stand vinyl chairs in case I leave a mark. Its even more embarassing NOT to do any exercise, but I sure wish I didn't sweat down there so much. It seems to get worse over the years.

Sweating is a nuisance but a necessary process for the body to cool down. However it is important to stay dry and comfortable. Underwear with fasteners on the sides make changing easy and quick. Look into it, see this link:

Solution- I have fried everything and have finally found the solution, HYDROGEN PEROXIDE!  Take a warm bath, shave yourself (not entirely), genera using a wash cloth and scrub well, apply hydrogen peroxideleave it on for about 10-15 minutes, rinse off.  Do this routine daily for a couple of days.

I am sweating like crazy down there and after reading your post I realized that I am probably ovulating, as it is around the 14th day of my cycle. That is good to know.

Ladies, I'm not sure how many past posters will read this as it has been a while since the comments were made but seriously dont be afraid to go to your dr and ask for a prescription for drysol/hypercare. I have issues with secondary hyperhidrosis due to all the medicine I have to take for my thyroid disease and my face and genital area are "super sweaters" I also get it really bad under my breasts and of course it would soak my bra. Anyway, I have been u using hypercare (applied with a cotton ball) to my troubled areas and seriously this stuff really works. I've tested it in this humid hot missouri summer weather and was truly amazed!!!! Now I won't sugar coat it when they say the side effects about the itching and prickly sensation are rather annoying....but to not have to worry about being drenched in private areas and my face in public. I'll gladly take the "pain" ..no pain no gain right?? I am seriously happy with hypercare. You girls definitely should give it a try!

Dear ladies,

I suffer the same as you all do, it must be weight or hormone related. I am going to share my tips with you and I hope one will help you. I use klima spray, it's in a black spray bottle. Certain dry  or maxium helps a little, also drysol helps, get it from doctor or seen it on ebay. I also have used sweat shield wipes. Google everything I mention and of course amazon & ebay! you can read reviews on all products on amazon, it helps. I used thin panty shields /pads and stuck them on inside of each pant leg where thighs meet. It does hold well the name brand ones. Try one of these and I promise it will get better. God Bless!

I'm 27 years old and I too have been dealing with this problem. It only started this summer though. I'm slightly bigger than I have been but I'm thinking that maybe that is the reason. I sweat so much my pants are wet. I go to the gym alot and when I return I'm soaked, sweaty, n it has a musk. My daughter even said I stink after the gym so embarrassing. To make matters worse if I'm out in the sun too long with a skirt on even with panties sweat rolls down my legs like I peed on myself. Part of my job consist of being out and building relationships. I keep wipes with me, and a wash cloth so that I can freshen up often. I feel like I'm a sweaty stinky person but I shower and bath often; not to mention now I'm having to wash down there with soap and water throughout the day. HELP!!!

This happens to me too! Its weird!!! I clean myself thoroughly but I do notice that it only happens when I am eating lots of sugar or drinking too much soda and juice. When Im drinking water and eating better, I dont sweat down there! Idk if its normal to sweat down there or not but I will talk to my doctor about it..
