Ive read a lot that eating right is the most important thing you could do when trying to build muscle and get stronger and I was wondering if you could would still see muscle and strength gains if you didnt diet right? Also what would be the right kind of diet to build muscle. If anyone could give me an idea on what to eat or where to get an information I would appreciate it.
Diet is definitely important, red meat is good, anything with protein. But lifting is definitely the most important thing.

Lifting is most definitely not the most important thing. You have to make sure that you are taking in enough calories in tandem with exercise. A lot of skinny people fail to build muscle because they don't eat enough. You need to take in at least 3,000 to 3,500 calories a day if you are trying to gain muscle so that you can stay strong and healthy, but also so you can put on the pounds.

Please let us know how things turn out.
